Finnegan says loss was not embarrassing at all, Griffin says it was.

Even if my name was VY related I would say the same thing, Griffin sounds like a whipped boy on the verge of crying, while Finnegan took his loss like a man.

Ever think it's more of a reflection of their personal performance? Griffin sucked hardcore. Finnegan played average, which is more than I can say about most of the defense.

 

Griffin's answer is honest, but I like Finnegan's confidence. What happened today is over, I know we are better than that and we are going to go do our thing next week.

 

Griffin is just awful. I could give a crap less what he says... I'll feel better when he's on a different roster.

 

I hate how this team starts rookies and unproven players, bargain shops during free agency, they disregard the fact that there are any problems whatsoever and expect to be superbowl contenders. Pathetic. Someone's head has to roll at this point.

 

I like when players actually care about losing... Not just blow it off and go to their million dollar homes.

 

I would like Cortland's answer, but after that showing, if this was the best everyone could play you should damn well be ashamed.

"You play to win, and they won". I might accept that if anyone on the team had played to win. Maybe that attitude is what is wrong with the team. How could any player not be embarrassed by that kind of defeat? Is Finn still miffed over his contract or are there undercurrents on the team that the fans are not aware of? hmmmm.........
