    We were too cheap to resign carr and eric king and both would be nice to have now. We are talking about 2 guys who combined are about a $3M hit on the cap.

    King is a starter for the lions and carr would have been the difference in the game yesterday.

    When we go 5-11 i don't want a bunch of fisher apologists blaming it on injuries when we had plenty of healthy players to win any of those 3 games.

    even though the titans can be pretty conservative with spending alot the reason carr is gone isn't because of the titans being too cheap. carr wanted a starting role in the backfield and apparently they didn't think he was good enough to start at corner or nickel or whatever he wanted. he was very worthy at returning though
