Yeah that's crazy to see a CEO of an airline company with 3 DUIs and he is still the CEO.

Sorry to hear about your nephew. Trust me when I say that I don't get behind the wheel on purpose. When you have drinks in your system, you tend to make stupid decisions.

US Airways is kind of a **** airline too, the only reason he is still there is likely because he isn't working for one of the 'big' carriers.

I found them rather disorganized going through Denver. Employees are very nice. I can say that.

I work in operations, I don't deal with anything relating to airports ops.

I am just spoiled after living in Asia. Cathay Pacific and Thai Air are amazing. So much more relaxed there. Amazing food, well organized, friendly staff. This is what greets you as soon as you get on the plane

I think we are just more use to traveling by air in the states, where as most other countries will use a train. I think most people would almost walk than get on a train in the states. That, and with all the security measures and general assholeishness of americans. makes for a not so pleasant time.

My favorite time to fly is by far at late night.

I love the train. Will take it any day. It is amazing. In Southeast Asia they actually use air far more than the US. Countries like Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines are mountainous jungle archipelagos. Even in the mainland of Indochina it is hard to get around by car. Mountains and dense Forrest make building roads difficult. We tend to be more for road travel in North America where roads are fast and plentiful.
