A thread for food finds, recipes, food porn, experiments, restaurant experiences and reviews.

Also, tailgate recipes and grill master tips.

No more will legit threads be derailed by talk of the new menu item at Taco Bell.

I'm starting with this because it changed my life.

    Made these last week

    3 cans Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits

    60 pepperoni slices

    30 small squares of cheese

    1 egg, beaten

    2 tablespoons Powdered parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon each of Italian seasoning and garlic powder

    Marinara sauce for dipping

    Preheat oven to 425ºF

In a small bowl, combine powdered parm, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Flatten biscuits; layer a pepperoni slice, cheese square and another pepperoni slice on biscuit. Gather edges and pinch closed at top. Place rolls in a greased 9x13 inch dish. Brush tops with egg, sprinkle with cheese mixture. Bake uncovered for 18-20 minutes. Serve with warmed marinara sauce.

    Ate. Every. Last. One.

I really thought I put this thread on the right track for taboo, man.

    I'm losing my touch...

Those biscuit things look delicious XO. You can do the same thing w/ sloppy joe mix. Cut up some onions and bell peppers, flatten a biscuit out and out the mix+veggies+cheese in the middle. Then you fold it over on itself so it is a sealed sloppy joe and put a little more cheese on the outside of the biscuits.
