    I ended up with an abundance of jicama

    Like 30 pounds...

    Been using it in my sautéed veggies and it's pretty damn good but I need something else

    Raw jicama - Just cut it into little squares. Put into a container with a half squeezed lime juice and as much azucar as you like. Its mild but tasty
