Good afternoon Titans fans! Here's my Inside the War Room preview for you guys
Some interesting picks. I'd be happy with Floyd or Warmack at #10.
I will say that, despite their recent acquisitions at safety, none seem to be long-term solutions so I could see finding someone to develop there in the middle rounds over OLB help. They should be set with Ayers and Brown for years to come. MLB might get more attention though.
WR is shaky with all the question marks surrounding Britt. Maybe the Titans find a vet free agent but I could see them drafting a WR if they think he's BPA at any point in the draft after the second round.
What I like is that the Titans won't need to use the draft to fill immediate needs. I think we'll see them thinking 2-3 years down the road which means taking a BPA OT might happen.
Interesting draft. I'd be more than happy with Floyd and Warford, but after that I'm really not on board. Funny thing is those small school, no-namers are exactly the kind of guys we end up drafting though. The more I see of Jordan Rodgers I really want to us a 6th round pick on him, dude is super accurate... that would be nice for a change.
Not sure if Rogers will be there at 7. What about Zach Stacy? RB out of Vandy? He's a Maurice Jones Drew kind a back IMO.
So DT and OLB are needs? I wish people knew what they were talking about before doing this stuff.
A big time DT is a need, IMO.
We have some "nice" defensive tackles, but none of them are difference makers.
Maurice Jones Drew? He reminds me more of Onterrio Smith that played for the Vikings.
How do you think your boy Greg Reid would've done in the pros?
