Well to me a missed call like that hurts more than other ones. We are in the stands making noise to cause stuff like that. I was jumping up for joy when I seen the clock tic 0. But no flag came.

If we're questioning the officiating, then I just have to ask one thing because it's still frustrating me... Am I the only one in the whole world who thinks that Flacco stepped out of the endzone when he was dropping back to pass from the 1-yard line or however far back it was? The refs didn't say anything, nor did the Titans' sideline, so I'm guessing I'm just seeing things, but it sure seemed close, to the point where I was certain at first that it was a safety...

You aren't the only one. The thing that pissed me off the most is 1. it wasn't reviewed at all, and 2. Fish didn't challenge it (provided it wasn't yet another one of those stupid non-reviewable calls).

I think something needs to be done about the rules/officiating. It's getting out of hand.
They either need to make EVERY call challengable, OR at least review all judgment calls that could go either way.

I thought so as well but others have said they showed a replay later on (that we didn't get) saying he didn't step out of bounds.

Yeah me and my brother ( who isn't even a Titan fan ) were both jumping up and down doing the safety pose ( two hands over the head ). Even after the game for about four hours I was waiting for a review or some kind of replay to show the play .........

On nfl.com in the videos section they have a good highlight of the game and near the end it shows the play and has a clear shot from behind the endzone ...... he definitely wasn't out.

    http://www.nfl.com/videos ( Ravens-Titans highight at bottom of page )

At the time of the game I would have bet the farm he was however.

Look at it from the angle from behind, where it's very clear he was not out.

They showed it on the jumbotron several times immediately afterwards. It didn't appear he stepped out.

Thanks for the link. I think that view should clear up the question of whether or not he stepped out, so we can at least put that to rest.
