I was a little offended by the authors back handed comment about the Titans near the end even if it was perhaps just a joke. Seems to me the list is more about the largest bandwagon fans rather then best. Now the Packers I do agree with. I wonder what their criteria was. What do you all think?

Anyway can't wait for football season to start...

    Packers definitely deserve #1.

Can't argue with that top 10 much, but you can tell mostly it is very bandwagon-ish.

Gotta be good to have good fan bases.

Yeah its hard to argue the list itself. I thought that Oakland or Chiefs would have made the list…I'd like to see the qualifications. There may be a bias towards pure number of fans rather then something like loyalty…which is practically impossible to qualify. So really the list is meaningless because what makes the best fans can't be measured…Go Titans...

It's Forbes. one of the criteria was probably money spent on merchandise.

There really aren't that many titans fans. When season ticket holders lose their butts trying to sell the games they can't go to... You simply don't have a significant fan base. Gotitans is a solid group of diehards, but there just aren't many.

Probably a good 1/4 of self proclaimed titans fans jumped ship when VY flamed out. At least another 1/4 probably won't pay another minute of attention until the Titans start winning. Titans don't even come close to having their own state supporting them.

Titans literally probably don't have 1/10th of the packers/steelers/cowboys fan base. It is what it is.

..not really a fair comparison to lump in teams from the beginning vs a 15yr old team

That's exactly what this article is doing. And in this regard, titans fans get walloped in the numbers game. Not our fault, we are the faithful. Buddy eliminated his goodwill in Houston.

Sad that we have such a small fanbase when geographically we really cover alot of ground

Horrible marketing and Peyton d*ck riders are the main reason we don't have a large fan base.

That and the southeast is SEC country. There will never be many NFL fans down here.
