There goes another undefeated. Anyone have this game on? How pathetic was that crowd? Should this (and other) conferences even belong in division IA? Seriously, if a conference can't sell out.. or even come close.. for it's CHAMPIONSHIP GAME!?! I dunno, to me it was sad.
There are 3 MAC teams in that state so you would expext more interest but I guess they only care about the wolverines and the spartans.
I don't see auburn hiring gill. With all the success he had this year he still has a losing record in the MAC. I know that is a tough school to win at but it is in the mac. Another problem is how do you translate some moderate success in a 2nd level midwest conference as being able to recruit top southern athletes.
Auburn apparently has contacted Buffalo to talk to Gill. Word is that both Leach and Muschamp have turned down Auburn.
