Pre-Game Thread Game 2: Titans @ Lions

Have some faith brother! We may be bad, but this team has at least 5 or 6 wins in it. Glass half full bruh!

 

Obviously I'm extremely disappointed in the loss week one, mainly because of the way we lost it.

That being said, I said from the beginning we'd be a 6-7 win team. So those kind of losses will be there. Certainly not going to forget some of the positives from week one and just focus on the negatives.

Not calling a win, but that doesn't lower my excitement for the season. Much easier defense we're facing, so we'll see how that goes, but our secondary will be tested a lot more. So the lack of getting to a qb, especially with a lack of running game the Lions are likely to have will be extremely unacceptable.

Get to the qb, run the ball effectively , win time of possession, and just try to eliminate the bone head offensive plays.

Easier said than done obviously, but I always felt this was a more winnable game than the Vikings game.

 

I'm hoping we see our rookies make an impact today: Conklin, Henry, Byard, and Dodd

 

He only completed 50% of his passes ...

 

I guess that's all you can ask for from a 3rd stringer

I'm not sure why we are fully counted out this week. We played the Vikes hard and controlled most of the game....let's get that 1st W. It won't be easy!
