--- The Tennessee Titans have signed defensive tackle Demetrin Veal to fill the vacant roster spot caused when Quinton Ganther was waived on Monday.---

Need a body in practice since Albert is going to be "shut down" a few days.

Well, we're doing ok on RBs, and I doubt he's going to be a really hot item on the waiver wire...

He had to turn to catch the ball, right? With a defender behind him, and he was right at 3 yards short. He would have had to catch (which is the easy part he should have done), and then somehow twist his body while diving to get in to the endzone. All while making the defender miss.
Highly unlikely he would have scored there. It was like the Mike Williams drop in the Raiders game. People said it would have given them the first down, but it wouldn't have. He was short the same way with defenders behind him.

The play I saw we were at about the 5 yard line, VY puts it outside the defender (who was 2 yards off with a bad angle). Ganther tips the ball about 5 yards from the sideline- then bobbles it all the way out of bounds because he can't get a handle on it. Had he brought it correctly- he turns it up toward the pylon for six- no question.

I don't know what you were seeing.
