    A team president should be chosen first, then gm, then hc. Always best to start from the top and work down, instead of starting in the middle or at the bottom.

    Eric DeCosta has been fending off offers for a while now, he wants to eventually take over the Ravens job.

    Nick Caserio is another Bill Belichick disciple who will probably go off on his own to only come crawling back after failing without Bill.

    And the only other name off that list I know of is Chris Polian. He's not had much luck in the drafts he oversaw.

    Best bet just may be going with one of the unknowns...
