Ok as long as I am hanging out here I might as well put in my 2 cents on your Packer picks.

    Round 1 -Tracey Porter CB

A little bit of a reach, most drafts I have seen have him somewhere in the second. If you were to go CB, I think Flowers would be the choice.
If you go BPA, I think Stewart, Merling or Phillips get the nod.
Seeing as Ted Thompson(GM of the year) loves his BPA and defense, I would say the pick should be Merling.

That said Ted could take Porter, the choices I listed or whoever is BPA on HIS board. Can you say Justin Harrel?(Our first pick last year!)

Round 2(a) - Carl Nicks OT

Think this is the best pick made so far. If not him and no CB taken in first,
I could see King, Godfrey or Lee taken here.

Over all, I can see this pick and will not change it.

Round 2(b) - Marcus Howard LB

Hate the pick. Ted doesn't make much of a splash in free agency and the only FA move he has this year is SLB Brandon Chillar from StL. He will compete with Brady Poppinga for the starting spot and at least be a solid special teams contributor.

No way we go LB in the second unless a round 1 talent slips(doubtful).

Best bets are again Godfrey and Lee unless taken a couple picks earlier.

A couple other names here could be Carlson TE, Rice RB and C.Johnson RB.

If it were me I would have taken Godfey.

Editing this because no one else has posted.

    Round 3- Brad Cottam TE

I can definitely see a TE here but why Cottam when Carlson ND is still there??
I hate Notre Dame with a passion but I have not seen a draft board yet where Cottam is ranked higher than Carlson.

Seems like a lot of you are reaching to make the "i told you so pick" and be smarter than everyone else.

Finally - Ted has his own board and has many players ranked higher or lower than other boards. So nothing is out of the question. Us Packer fans are often surpised at his picks, but the patient fans will give him the benefit of the doubt.

    Go Pack!!

I'm just glad that BigTitan is not doing the real draft.

SK - I would definitely take Carlson ahead of Cottam and Rucker. But mid-late 3rd is about his spot.

I think Carlson should be a 2nd, possibly early 3rd.

Looks like the draft is over, unless you want to go back and fix your Chevis jackson pick Carpy, he was picked twice in the last 10 picks.

As you can all see my draft skills are vastly superior to all. :) ;)
