    I wouldn't mind cobblestone even.
    This stuff is concrete where they retard the top layer then spray it off after setting. In the winter it's like walking on frozen nails if you slip your shoes off. Not so great in the summer either.

    I think it's just ornamental. No hotter than regular concrete.
    In Florida we had reg concrete and it was pretty decent. It was the beach sand that would fry your feet off.

    I couldnt do cobble stone, need my driveway as smooth as possible for basketball, car work, and projects. Bunch of uneven stones would drive me nuts. Parts of New York city are all cobble stone, its like driving on train tracks.
