    Is that like those new videos? My problem w those is i have one knee that feels like there's no meniscus or something lol feel bone on bone a lot so jumpin around like a maniac don't work. Too much pain afterward. Thanks for the advice tho

    Honestly I'm trippin i jus tipped 301....**** I'm a fat ass. I dont look like a typicak 300 pounder. Got a lot of muscle n I'm 6 3. But **** man 300 ****IN POUNDS. i wanna get to 250 by years end

    You can try knee wraps to help alleviate that pain. Shouldn't effect the lifting portion that you do every second day.

    I did it like 7 years ago, the original. I just watched the videos for the first couple weeks then wrote out the whole routine in an excel sheet and just did everyday while listening to music (you take 1 day off a week). I need to do it again now, I'm the heaviest I've been since I was in grad school, and all the bad weight gain was in the last 2 years for me.

    I would not go with P90X, it's much much more difficult and there is no need. P90X would be if you want to take it a step further after P90.

    And as with anything, the more your body gets used to something the less the results (over extended time), so it's always good to mix things up.

    I've been swimming a lot this summer, that might be a better option for you regarding the knee.

    Ill jus post progress here anyways and if anyone wanna join me in my quest for good health please do! And if you jus wanna stop by and laugh at my fatness. Good for you. Extra motivations. Ill start with this. Kinda cheatin cuz i jus had lasagna my wife made and chugged like a gallon of water so three of them pounds will be gone w a flush of the toilet. Ill post weekly.
