Gotitans weight loss for men?

    The 3 things that helped me lose weight and get in shape..

    1) Going to gym at least 4 times a week 60-90 minutes each time
    2) Got the "Bullet" make like 1 to 2 shakes a day with all kinds of fruits and stuff I wouldnt eat by itself
    3) The "Foreman Grill"...chuck eye, chicken, etc....easy and cooks quickly.

    The thing to keep in mind is you have to take it as a new way of life....your results depend on how serious you are and what you put in.

    What do you use for a liquid base? I've been using low fat milk but I get the feeling it isn't doing me much good. But using water makes it taste like ****.

    Almost ten years later my power clean record still stands at my high school which has produced at least five d-1 scholarship football players. I know bout weightlifting son.

    Water most of the times but if I take it in the am I use orange juice. Water Actually not that bad depending what else u put in.

    I slice bananas and freeze them....also freeze blueberries and strawberries. Keep them in lunch bags. I also put in flax seeds, alfalfa sprouts, chia seeds. I will put in some whey protein if I am going to gym after.
