Great news!!! I really don't get all the love with Williams, I really don't. He is an up and down D-coordinator some years his D is good others it sucks. His head coaching record is abysmal and the Bills were worse off when he left than when he took over. He pulled out because he doesn't have what it takes to be a head coach and he knows it. The guy is more than happy to collect a pay check as a D-coordinator.

Let's see... the love for Gregg Williams...

It probably comes from him helping us reach our only Super Bowl. It could also be due to the fact that he took over a crappy Saints defense and won the Super Bowl with them his first season.

Top 5 defensive coordinator in this league, without a doubt.

Is he the answer at head coach? Who knows, but we don't have the greatest of options due to the horrible timing of all this. We should've just fired Fisher immediately after the season finale. Then we'd already have a coach in place.

Yes a saints d that this year got exploited repeatedly. I'm glad it's not Williams especially after the out of respect for Fisher as one of the reasons. F Fisher he gave the team the ultimate finger on his way out by signing everyone to contract extensions. Give me Fewell and we'll have an excellent coach. Everyone is speculating Munchak but he couldn't even get the oline to produce.

Williams is a hell of a coordinator. I'm less than sold on his abilities as a head coach. Not only were the Bills bad, they also were wildly undisciplined.

Didn't want him anyway. I want Fewell or Moss. Mularkey has terrible thinning and receding hair line we need a coach with some style and swag like Tomlin.

    Fewell
    Moss
    Munch - yeah srs

Tomlin's hair looks like he's wearing a black motorcycle helmet.
