Which is why our first pick should be a stud DT!

Im telling you guys if we can get a stud DT (close to productive as haynesworth was) then we are a 11-5 10-6 team!

Jeff Fisher only went Cover 2 recently. Buddy Ryan was his mentor, which is why Fisher was hired in the first place. To replay Buddy Ryan. Back in the day Fisher was all about man coverage and blitzing. It was not until we ended up with Cortland Finnegan and Nick Harper as our starting CBs that we switched to Cover 2 so that we could make better use of their abilities.

Harper was a cover 2 guy all the way. And Finnegan was better in zone than man.

Yea, I never remember Finnegan as a good man guy. Andre Johnson used to tear him up.

There are plenty of plays where he got int's on man to man. I remember him shutting down brandon marshall when he played for the dolphins and getting at least on pick or maybe two that game, while he was covering marshall.

Relying on take aways and having a bend but dont break mentality is a great way to have a terrible defense! We need an attitude change to where we dont wont to give up any yards. I hate the bend but dont break excuse.
