He had a good game today. Hasn't been bad in any game really, almost had an interception today that shouldn't have been called back. He's had a couple guys behind him, but by and large we've had a very good pass defense. He lead the team in tackles today and some of them were legit hits. He's a guy I've definitely bashed in the past couple years and feel deserves some credit for a good start now.

I'm still not a fan, but this was the first time in a long time that I did not boo him when he was introduced.

I was furious at him for not making an attempt to block that field goal though... looked like he had a pretty good shot at it.

^You're not actually booing AT the games, are you?

I dislike Griffin as much as anyone- but I wouldn't boo our own players at LP. Take that to Philly.

Anyway- he's been solid lately. He's made some good hits. He did stop in his tracks waiting for the RB like he gets stuck doing a lot rather than darting to the ball. It was a 3rd down- had he shot toward the RB- maybe they punt. Instead he waited... rb got the 1st down (all he wanted anyway) and then Griff made the tackle.

But yeah, so far so good with Griffin. Hope it continues.

He's a titan. Therefore I'm a fan of his and want him to succeed. Same with Locker. Same with CJ. I don't play that girly crap where some of yall develop personal greviences with players over poor performance. Nobody wants to suck, it's a very competitive league.

Hahahaha oh man... that's gold. Yea, just because I'm not a fan of one of our players means I want them to fail and continue to suck.

You learn something new every day, I guess.

I have supported this team through the good and bad... every damn game, I'm there. Saying that I'm not a fan of Griffin is simply saying that I prefer to have a different FS. Griffin is incredibly talented, but he does not live up to expectations and he does not give 100% every game. He's way overpaid.

I wasn't a fan of VY... that didn't mean I wasn't going insane when he drove us 99 yards for the TD against the Cardinals. I wasn't a fan of KFC... that didn't mean I wanted him to suck.

Anyways... Idk why I even bother with comments like this.

You're the one who says you "boo" our own guys at the entrance of home games.

He hasn't been terrible, but I was really upset at him not making a play on the ball against that TE down the middle. I was even more upset about his comment afterwards, "I was thinking about a fine instead of an INT". Pu**y

I don't think we've given up a pass play of 35+ yet...so as long as we can limit the deep completions I'll be happy.

I've alwas thought of Griff as a ball hawk type saftey, being able to shut down the deep parts of the field. So far so good.

Sorry, but not satisfied nor am I impressed with Griffin's play so far. And you shouldn't be either.

Yeah, he hasn't been sucking or a weak link like he has been, but he hasn't been good either. He's been nothing more than average. That's not good enough for someone as talented as he is and also doesn't warrant his contract.

Although he's not "allergic to contact" this season, he's still doing too much "waiting to hit" for a safety, and he hasn't brought back the football instinct that made him great his first 4 seasons.
