  1. Love the books. The movies are OK.
     
  2. I prefer 'His Dark Materials', looking forward to the movie in December, as long as they keep the atheism in tact...

    Read the HP books, seen the movies, so I'll probably see this one eventually...

    Put me down for love the books, movies have gotten better (well actually I think the 3rd is the best, hope the 5th can top it).

    If you haven't read the books I can see how it wouldn't make much sense.
     
  6. They cut so much from the books to fit into a 2+ hour movie, it loses a lot of magic (as it were). Like for this movie, there is apparently no quidditch. The Weasley Is Our King stuff was great in the book, but its all gone now.

    So will they have to release all 3 of those movies Puck? Or can they stand on their own? (like I think Narnia did?)
