Hasselbeck starting against Steelers

Well, Collins was the the best I have ever seen at throwing the ball out of bounds. Or through the endzone. Too bad you cannot get points for either of those things. We could have had the best offense ever.

 

It was his 4th start I his career.

It's impractical to expect a kid in his fourth start to pick up all of te nuances of the game.

Did he miss a blitz ? Yeah but he's not the first and won't be the last.

If you expect him to pick up every one of then then you're uninformed or just stupid.

 

Jake threw the ball away more than anyone else when he was at college. I remember someone posting a stat when he was drafted.

 

Guys he's made what 4 starts in his career and a bunch of garbage time? You don't think there will be some growing pains?

I remember when Eli Manning was getting bashed his first few years as a QB.

 

I read a stat (for what it's worth) that the home team averages around 55% wins overall in the league but on Thursday night, the home team wins 67% of the time. Short week, you never know. Would make us both happy
