    No such luck, that trade was done before a salary cap was ever implemented. If a trade ever happen maybe one pro-bowl caliber player and two first-round picks and they have to be top ten picks to allow maneuvering in the draft kinda like what Denver did with the picks they got for Cutler

    Titans wide receivers coach Fred Graves said that Lavelle Hawkins has "made a tremendous jump" between last year and this year.

    It's that infamous third year WR's either get it or get going. Looks as though Hawkins is getting it now. Paul Williams is done. He was done before he began. Dumb scouts wasting picks as usual.
