    Yeah. When I was with Sears it was all about the "metrics" there and each associate's percentage.

    I outsold everyone in pure sales... but my credit apps to customers was the worst - therefore, I was a worse employee.

    metrics are any stats. Kpi are the most important.

    I like JCB though, I could have a beer with him and could probably work with him. I bet RT is an absolute miserable person to even be around judging by how hard it is to even get him to understand you.

    I am pretty fortunate that I have held nothing but aviation jobs since I was 19. Not many people can say they have almost 8 years of experience at 26 in this economy.
