Cycling-road racing/time trails. About 7500 miles per year of training and racing. 400 or so hours per year. How much each week depends upon the time of the year. Now it is about 8 hours/140 miles or so a week...by spring it will be 12 hours 200 miles per week, summertime will see 15 hours per week/275-320 miles per week. Also due an occasional triathlon.

Normally my leg day is Wed, but i'm in this basketball league instead. My lifting buddy hurt his LCL a couple moths ago, so he can't do legs. Only have like 3 weeks left of bball then i'll replace it back with legs.

Do legs on Saturdays occasionally, depending on how hungover I am.

I only eat like 2500-3000 calories. Need to step that up. You take any pills or shakes?

Just multivitamins and whey protein. A scoop after my workout and before bed pretty much. I also add some to my oatmeal .

That's always been my problem with lifting. I get addicted/obsessed, then inevitably get burned out and quit altogether. I've pretty much given up the dream of every being legitimately buff. Now I just try to stay healthy and in good shape. I pretty much just do regular cardio, pushups, crunches, with some curls and bench mixed in. If I can do it from home then I'm much more likely to stick with it. Wish I had a way to do some squats or something from home though.

I just started using some additional stuff, helps alot.

before workout: All American EFX Kre-Alkalyn EFX (Creatine, 2 pills before) & MusclePharm Assault Pre-Workout (1 scoop w/ water)

after workout: All American EFX Kre-Alkalyn EFX (Creatine, 1 pills after) & MusclePharm Combat Powder (2 scoops)

Stuff is expensive, way cheaper if you order online. Worth it, got me off my plateau & really takes you to the next level. I'm also trying to add as much weight as possible. Once my creatine bottle is empty (about 50% right now), i'm going to switch to MusclePharm Shred Matrix and cut/rip right before summer time.. you know, for the ladies.

Invest in some home gym equipment man. Get a squat rack and a bench and you can do great workouts.

I use to be the same way. Until I started paying for a gym & my roommate always pushes me to come with him. Workout buddies are important.

Been thinking about taking creatine but just haven't looked in to it. My preworkout has a little creatine in it so it definitely helps my pump.

My motivation is the progress I see. My clothes fit tighter, my arms hug the sleeves, people tell me I look bigger. Feels good man
