not a full 82 game championship season
Game 2? The one where the Thunder were down by 20 points out of the gate because they couldn't hit a shot?
It's called entertainment, these are not the Olympics. Multiple stars on any team bring excitement and attention to that team and the league in general. I'm surprised that they decided to block the Paul trade to the Lakers. The fact is that no one wants to watch a team like the Bobcats play.
Weren't they still in that game at the end?
Yes. Durant made a shot to tie the game with seconds on the clock, LeQuit fouled him, refs didn't call it, game over.
As for Toly's idiotic comment about it being "just entertainment", if crap like this flies we might as well be watching WWE.
And it's not just last shot. Even playing as well as he did (thanks to refs not allowing anyone to play defense on him- and of course never being in foul trouble himself)- he still didn't show up to a single 4th quarter in the finals.
I think the most he had was 6 pts in a fourth. Same old Lebron...
Joey Crawford = MVP.
I'm not a big fan of Labron but he obviously stepped up big and deserved the MVP.
...and since Duece says that the Heat are an inferior team to the Lebron Cavs, he has obviously broadened his game in a way that makes his teammates better.
So, are you implying that the refs help the Thunder get back into the game?
I think the WWE could learn from Bosh and Westbrook on how to do a proper chest pumping.
I'm sorry if I have offended you in any way, but it is what it is. Perhaps it's time to wake up from your little dream and realize that this is nothing but a meaningless game.
quick! everyone go to nike.com and check out the front page!
pretty sure it was GIVEN to him by the refs..
