How did the Texans have a better draft? Now, as we all know, you can't exactly analyze a draft until a few years after, but for the sake of argument let's go. They take Amobi Okoye, a nineteen year old who most likely won't have much of an impact for at least a few years. And how do you go defensive line in the first round of the draft two straight years when the biggest weakness of your team since it's freaking inception has been the offensive line. Gary Kubiak does know that he traded for Atlanta's backup, not their starting quarterback right? Matt Schaub isn't outrunning the cashier down at the local Exxon, much less 300 pound defensive lineman about to nail him from his blindside. I guess Brandon Frye is their answer at left tackle. Then in the third they take Jacoby Jones. You can talk about stats all day, but the fact of the matter is that Jacoby "dominated" at a school about the size of my freaking living room. Where is Lane College, by the way? It's pretty sad that I live in the state where Lane is located, but had never heard of it until the pre-draft buzz on Jones. And we thought that Tyrone Calico was from a small school.

No. Not really. We still have a few of our players from our 2002 draft class left even.

The cows own the modern mark of 5 seasons from expansion without making the playoffs. Even the expansion Bucs made the playoffs their fourth year.

Uh oh. Here comes the "The Texans have 30 years to match the futility of the Titans" excuse.

Yes, but with a twist provided by GoT. The Titans have tied the all time record of years without a Super Bowl victory. 41 years and counting.

You're kidding right? Just because I didn't use Reggies name doesn't mean I didn't know who you were talking about. I thought it was a given, but I guess I gave you too much credit.
