Smack Houston, you have a problem (Schaub)

McNair the owner of the Texans francise is as big an idiot ( as Billionaires go ) as there is in the NFL. It would take a total collapse. The Texans will end up 8-8 or 9-7 and miss playoffs and that wont get Kubiak fired. I dont want him fired. He sucks and they wont progress with him. Rick Smith the Texans so called GM is really just Kubiaks lapdog. Its Kubiaks team. Rick Smith is a glorified high paid ballboy.

But it wont matter .. the Texans next HC is Wade Phillips which doesnt scare me either. MCNair is using the Drayton McLane( former Astros owner) model by hiring and signing all there coaches and player with former Houston connections. Thats fine.... rock on Mr. McNair. MOney is all he really cares about. He doesnt know shiat about football.

 

the fact that he is using the former Astros owner model of hiring explains a lot. I can't stand the texans but that team has some talent, especially on D. I think JJ Watt will make a stand against kubiak if he makes the wrong decisions because him and the D are getting beat and tired from being on the field for a long time. Would love to see a civil war in houston lol

Maybe. I mean Ruston Webster did want Mario Williams before Bud Adams made him chase down Peyton Manning. And by 2015 we'll have plenty of money seeing that both our Tackles will be off the books, and Im guessing we're going to restructure or cut Chris Johnson and Kam Wiembly's deals.

We should have tons of money to throw at JJ if he wants to test the market.

There is zero chance they let Twatt go. He's the face of their franchise.

Plus, I wouldn't want him after his rookie deal is up anyways... too much money. I just don't see him remaining an elite player long after his rookie contract ends.
