How can the league shorten NFL games?

It's by design to keep you from surfing. All regular shows on TV have set times for commercial breaks, even the news, in hopes you will give up and not switch. What I do on Sunday is during a commercial in a Titans game is switch to the NFL network to get scores of other games. I don't know how they could arrange for all the football games to be in commercial at the same time though, due to it being so random.

 

The Mizzo-UT game went over 4 hours. During a segment, one of the announcers said that the rules committee is looking at not stopping the clock for 1st downs in college. I said the same thing about 3 days ago....lol.

 

Yeah. College ball is unwatchably slow.

 

Less commercials means higher prices for the available spots, so in some ways it would not be as big of a money loss as it would seem.
Commericals are definitely the biggest issues.

 

When you are in the board room and trying to justify expenditures, see how well that works for you. If you can reach 3 million people for $200,000, why spend $300,000 doing it? You will be in the soup line pretty fast.

 

i don't know if it's just me but HOLY DICK****, the amount of commercials today was retarded

if i have to see that mother****ing hyundai commercial again.........

 

They can shorten the game by stop giving the Broncos all the damn calls

 

Never stop the clock, game ends in an hour.
