How many Receptions will Crumpler have this season??

He may not lead the team in receptions but definately TD's. He's going to be great in the redzone.

 

8-10 TDs is very high. I'd say 60 grabs, 650 yards, and 6 TDs for the year. It would be way higher, but Scaife will take away some, and they'll give him a lot of rest for his knees.

sure wouldn't mind taking some more shots at the end zone

i kinda think (hope) Alge might lead us in first down receptions, which is a huge cog in the wheel in it's own right imo

 

Well...

Dinger emphasizes WR's more in the offense but we know Young is more comfortable throwing to TE's so it'll be interesting to watch how much Young improves his reading progressions under Dinger.

I expect Dinger to be very creative around the redzone though with mis-direction runs and PA to Crumpler.

I would have said 80 catches, but I think it'll be closer to 65. I could see 10 TD's depending on how much our offense scores. If we don't score that much, expect 5-7. If we score with some frequency...expect about 10.

How much and how effective CJ could change this equation big-time though. If CJ starts looking like Reggie Bush in his first year (no one can cover him) then we could use him for a lot of swings/rbscreen/wrscreens and let him go wild.

Needless to say, Crumpler, Young and CJ are gonna tell the story of what our offense does.

Good post. Also with Dinger Justin McCairens might also be used in the redzone. He's a tall body who has been in the system.
