    If we don't pay this guy, we are going to have to pay our own guys 10s of millions per year.

    I just don't want to see some of our guys get overpaid because of our inaction.

    Yea it sucks, but that's irrelevant at this point. Can't be scared to spend money upgrading the OL. It will never get fixed otherwise.

    It's gonna happen. We get scared to offer too much... then when we realize we have almost $30mil we are required to spend we start overpaying for bums.
