    I used to work with a guy who would take his clients on a boat to conduct business with, he figured out he could save some money if he claimed he was in another state that shared that body of water.

    But back to the NFL, all 32 franchises sharing revenue probably makes things more complicated, everyone falls under one giant umbrella.
