Kind of an interesting read for us amateur draftniks. I don't think this really teaches anything other than make sure you draft right but it's always fun to look into the core base of successful teams.

    Going off that idea..

First rounders currently on the titans.

Kendall Wright, Jake Locker, Derrick Morgan, Kenny Britt, Chris Johnson, Michael Griffin.

We need some serious help and stability here. While there is some good talent in those 6 players... It's really heavy to the offense and they been buying the off brand corn flakes at the super market lately. Team Struggle Flakes...

CJ needs a line... Locker needs a line, Britt needs to stay healthy and out of trouble... Wright needs to be used correctly. Almost no consistency from any of these players.

Morgan and griffin... Well everyone with a pair of eyes hates how griffin plays and Morgan might finally be coming into his own.

    Second round -

Zach Brown, Akeem Ayers, Jared cook (taken by trading up and trading a next year second... So he's essentially our second for that year) Marks and Roos.

Brown and Ayers might be some of the actual building blocks for a future for this team. Cook is becoming that locker Room cancer, always pissed off guy and frankly he's mad inconsistent..

Marks? Eh... Only took 4 years but he finally showed some progress... Not sure if its truly enough but he did play decent this year... That was a mighty horrible pick for a second round.

Roos... Well least that's work out.

    Third round.

Mike Martin and Casey could easily be out starting duo this year. I like those two a lot. Both solid third round picks,I think they both have a future for our team, Damien Williams ... Well least he's still on the team, rennie curran was also a third rounder.... That was a bunch of stupid. Ryan mouton... Pfft. And Craig Stevens, nice TE really sowing growth.

So again, only really impressed with the last couple years picks. Curran and Mouton... Stupid waste of picks.

Thanks for reminding us of how awful Jeff Fisher's drafts were.

Super Bowl caliber teams have between 21-24 starters of theirs come from the first 3 rounds, we have 15 #FAIL
