Indian Lake Elementary School in Hendersonville had a Family Fun Fest today to raise money.

Two Titans, Cortland Finnegan and Stephen Tulloch signed autographs for a donation of $5 to the school. They received nothing. (Scott Hartnell of the Predators was there as well.) They did not just sign and say "next", they spent time with each child (and adult) chatting. Impressed a lot of parents.

Nothing earth shaking, just wanted to point out how some spent their off time. They made it rain 5 dollar bills for our children.

That's really cool. It's nice to see some of our players give back to the community. Those two sound like class acts.

    Nice story Titanmc.

Sadly the 'made it rain' part made me think of #32's 'vegasgate' scenario.:irked:

Well I think that was the point. And yes Gunny Pac did something similar at a school sometime last year.

I wish people would talk about this sort of stuff instead of just the bad things players do.

If it happened as often, maybe we/they would.

So you honestly think that more NFL players are getting arrested than are helping their communities?
