I see threads about firing coordinators, but what about personel?

Im mad you think I dont know that. Left shoulder is the first thing that gets hit with a right handed QB. Dont tell me you can run without moving your left shoulder.. Jake needs to be able to run, and if hes still hurting, he wont run, he'll sit there and just wait to die.

We really dont have much of a choice. The really bad part is that if Locker doesnt pan out, we have a few more years of nothing except glimmers of hope. We NEED a franchise QB who can be effective. Locker has shown promise but has also shown he is wet behind the ears, to the point to where he got himself injured, twice.

Hopefully we can find some real coordinators this offseason but think about it... who would want to come here??? Not many people would want to.

So we have to hope that the talent can overcome some coaching deficiencies. We held a high powered offense like Houston to 21 OFFENSIVE points, so its possible. Gray definitely has some issues, but until we get some kind of increase in TOP, no defense will be good being on the field that long.

Just answer this for me. If McNair had the same injury would he have played through it or at least tried?

Might have tried. Wouldn't have played. Separated shoulder...he gets hit and hurts it again then he could be stuck with season ending surgery. It's not like a bone bruise or a contusion.... dude has a separated shoulder. As in shoulder separated from the body. That's not playable.

wrong. Its back in place right now. Also he is going to need surgery at the end of the year anyways, regardless if he hurts it again!

McNair yes, 99% of other guys sit and recover. If you wanna call Jake a wussy then be ready to call 1600 other guys currently playing wussies too, cause you cant find 7 guys to compare McNair to.

We have Kenny Britt who sits for a hamstring, we have Colin McCarthy with a ankle issue, Amano on IR for a tricep, other guys for concussions. McNair woulda laughed his ass off if he was still alive and could see this team. He'd first ask Amano how he's in the NFL, then he'd tell him he had 2 triceps, and only needed one. McNair was the Chuck Norris of football. It's not fair to hold the bar that high for everyone.

Hell, I wish I could pick-up a concussion, help me forget about how freaking awful this team is.

Yes. This is why I wanted us to go out and get someone rather than promote within.

No, he is definitely a good coach. But I don't expect us, with our personnel, to get a coach and have a year like he did.
