Posted by ESPN.com's Paul Kuharsky
NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- An update with things getting under way in the 2009 NFL draft.

I'm at Titans headquarters, but at the start, the Jaguars are the AFC South team involved in the intrigue.

Anything can happen during anybody's 10 minutes. We could see Seattle, now on the clock at No. 4, put things to rest by taking Mark Sanchez.

But the longer we go without a trade, the better the chances are that the Jaguars' No. 8 spot is the one a quarterback-thirsty club like the Redskins or Jets wants to acquire in order to secure him.

The best-case scenario for Jacksonville may be that it's able to move back to accumulate more picks to address multiple needs.

If the Jags manage to move back to No. 13 in a deal with Washington, then the AFC South will be the second-to-last division to have its first pick -- with only the NFC South still waiting for New Orleans at No. 14.

If the Jags make a deal with the Jets that takes them back to No. 17, every division will have made one pick before Houston kicks things off for the AFC South at No. 15.
