Fisher left a crippled Fred Miller on the field to close out 2004. A completly healty Williams - who AFAIK never took an actual snap - sat the bench. Fisher said he did not trust Williams, meanwhile FM is unable to move and LDEs had a completly unchecked path to the Titan QB.

As an example of Fishers refusal to bench an underperforming vet for any reason.

Heck Fisher kept Sirmon around for another year at MLB apparently for the sole reason to prove that he had that power cause Sirmons play did not justify a roster spot much less starters pay

 

This is one of the few reasons I don't like Fisher.
