The Colts will have a sub-par season this year, Peyton is going to be good, and do everything he can, but Harrison's window is about closing, Addai is gonna be a bust, and they dont have any step up receivers, there defense is gone, teams will be able to out shoot them quite easily now, Manning will get injured towards the end of the season for the first time in his career, and the colts will finish 7-9.

You have to be kidding. I'd love it if the Colts sucked, but what the hell makes you think either of those two statements will be even close to true? Addai and Gonzalez should be more than fine in that offense.

Any "Colts will suck" argument should be completely centered on their defense.

Wouldn't Addai have been a bust last year while rushing for 1,000 yards in shared duty? LOL!! Common sense isn't strong with this one.

Step up receivers? Okay, Marvin is getting older, you're right. Yet no one can cover him.....they also have a guy named Reggie Wayne in case you forgot.

    Dwight Freeney, Bob Sanders.....

If the Colts go 7-9 the Titans will go 14-2.

gonzalez? your kidding right? the guy gets drafted by the colts and all of the sudden he is #1 matieral, this is addai's first year starting, and i dont think he can carry the load, i dont remember any LSU runningbacks that have been able to carry the load, Peyton is getting old, Harrison is up there, there defense will be horrible, last in the league, im sticking with 7-9, you laugh at me now, but when it happens, no one wants to give me credit...

    Titans 10-6
    Jaguars 8-8
    Colts 7-9
    Texans 6-10

wow, you can name 2 players on a crappy defense, Wayne isnt a step up receiver, he only gets so many receptions/yards because he has one of the best all time lining up on the other side of the field, but i am saying right now, Harrison wont be as effective, manning will be less effective, and there offense is nothing special this season.

I hope you're right DC, but

Colts Offense - I think the loss of Tarik Glenn is going to hurt. As Bipolar mentioned in another thread, they haven't shown a running game in the preseason so it's hard to tell if he will have a drop off over last year . As far as receivers Wayne and Dallas Clark are quite good and Gonzales could be good.

Colts Defense - its not going to be as good as it was in the playoffs last year but I think they still have enough left where it won't be worse than it was in the regular season

Harper-Harrison(He covered him in practice and training camp, I think he knows stuff about him and what he likes to do)

MG-Wayne (Wayne might have a good day aginst him, but MG can play against anybody I think)

Cortland-(He can shut down Gonzo. PERIOD)

Hope-- Dallas Clark (Hope is a good cover safety)

And if our D-Line gets pressure on Manning, then we could stack the line and stop the run and make him pass the ball to our guys. I know Manning is god and all, but MANNING DOES HAVE A WEAKNESS and thats LT protection now. ATTACK IT TITANS ATTACK IT lol.

You're insane. You said that the Colts have no receivers to step up. I pointed out that they drafted Gonzalez. He's going to be a very good 1st-year WR. They don't exactly need WRs to step up and become #1 guys when they have HARRISON and WAYNE.
