You suggested the Browns just tanked it OT. Think about that concept for a minute. When you realize what you've written please take it as an advisement to yourself for the future.

they had 1st and goal from the 1 and a td wins it. instead of running it they called 2 dumb passes and lost 15 yards and then settled for a fg. then they proceeded to put their corners in one on one situations the entire last drive and guess what? Steelers scored on a deep ball. They also put in a bunch of scrubs out there

 

a 17 play drive, and they waited until they got to the 2 to tank it? If a team wanted to tank a football game I can think of about 500 other ways to effectively make sure it doesn't even get to OT, especially when we are talking about the browns.

Again, by definition of the term TANK in an NFL game, how would this game have ever gotten to OT. Never mind that they were about 2 yards away from a 21-7 lead on another INT almost returned for a TD.

Question the play calling all you want, but if there was ever a game to clearly see a team compete to the bitter end, it was Cleveland yesterday.

 

So, by this rationale... Seattle tanked the Super Bowl.
