That was a good read. Still wish we had Odom.

I wonder which Haynesworth will show up this season? Still want us to draft a DT early.

Cinci's D-line doesn't look too good, Odom is probably considered the best player on it. Their entire D doesn't look very good, they're in some trouble. I think this is likely the year they completely collapse. Tough to be Marvin Lewis right now. D = not good. WR = in shambles.

odom will probably struggle to amass 4 sacks. Only a fraction of those he piles up in preseasons.

Interesting article on the d-line as a whole. Al played a huge part of it. KVB will work to get his. I think you line up a decent pass rusher on the same line with them and he simply looks better. Like a RB with a better o-line.

Sign Al long term. Maybe the same for KVB next year. Draft a DT and DE this year to help. The d-line must terrorize :grrr:

Bengals fans are acting like he's the equivalent to the second coming of Tim Krumrie.. He'll probably be better than Justin Smith but not by much. They'll probably draft Ellis and have a new DC so who knows...

Very interesting article. If the premise holds true, then Kearse, Conover or a draft pick should have a decent year as well. (Provide of course, Haynesworth is on the field and producing.)

I almost thought that the headline said "Odom will miss playing time..." I was like "Already?"

Thats nothing new. We don't need an analyst or sports writer to tell us that Odom is average or even below average and only shined because of the attention and double teaming on Haynesworth and KVB.

I'm glad we didn't pay him that much. One thing i like about our Fisher and MR is that we hardly ever go for stats when we sign players. We almost always go for potential. Odom's a good guy though, but he sure is getting overpaid.

I'm glad the freak is back. I can almost guarantee that he'll get atleast 8-10 sacks if he was to start atleast 14 games. Ofcourse that depends on which Hayneworth shows up to play in 08, and the main reason I was the first to argue that we should franchise AH rather than sign him longterm.
