My 401K has been horrible :-/
When I went to school, 72/8=9. Is this the new math?
An example of why I should not be trusted to make my own investments.
What's even better about that is some companies will match employee contributions dollar for dollar. You'd be a fool not to take advantage of that, but unfortunately many people aren't aware of it.
Check with your payroll or personnel department to see if your company has a matching plan.
#1 Rule of Investment - Never back a colt from an outside barrier in open races.
#2 Rule of Investment - Never back a bad QB on the road in January
#3 Rule of investment - The more you drink, the more you can win.
Does that actually work out? I can't see it equalling 2.3millions.
I made a mistake apparently with the savings calculator i used. Gunny will only have 223,000. Not $2.3M. I must have added an extra zero somewhere in the equation.
Poor gunny thought he could retire at 50 and now i screwed him up.
despite what you think, I am not an idiot and realised I wouldn't make that much.
however 223,000 is nothing to be upset about.
