I see it as a problem if the police want to question a celebrity who is NOT a suspect, let the detectives/officers speak to Pac OUTSIDE of the station.

Arora is protecting Pac from having the media labelling a visit to the station when he isn't a suspect as another "incident". Pac has been willing to speak with them, just not in the station most likely to avoid the negative PR a visit to the station would bring. He really has no other choice to avoid the media frenzy. At Arora's office or at Pac's home, Pac (or Arora) can keep the media off the property. Can't do that at the front door of the station.
