Is this what we have to face next season?

what i dont get is "oh no if we do good next season that means munch sticks around!!"...if we do good then obviously munch did good and this season was just a fluke with injuries all over the o line. but i think well be ok this season...miss playoffs then get rid of munch. and im a optimist..

You're right, but who would join us? We know Bud won't open the pocket book especially for a DC/OC or position coach. So nobody worth a crap will come to us. Munch is basically a "lame duck" coach right now... And a complete joke.

IMO this is the loweset point of this organization...There really is no hope in sight..

as for the position coaches. It is obvious 68k people will be watching MM and his buddies on their 2013 farewell tour

Mike Munchak got his job for doing nothing, so he'll hire people who have also done nothing.

At least after next years debacle bud will fire the **** outta him and hopefully everyone else.

Bud doesn't want to pay anyone and shows no desire to ever win a super bowl so don't be surprised if Munchak is here for the fourth and final year of his contract. Bud has a disease known as greed.

This is how I see it and remember, it is my opinion. I see the organization as trying to get the most production out of spending little money. I feel like sometimes we buy cheap tools in hopes to get a lot of use out of them. Sometimes it works, for that little specific job, but most of the times, you end up having to get a new one. I see other teams like the Patriots, Ravens, Steelers, Packers and it looks as though their tool boxes are full of nice expensive Lifetime warranty tools. Well, kind of a crazy example, but again, it is my opinion.

IMO the Titans are willing too put up with losers, Adam Jones/Scaife/Britt/ect..., on the roster and the front office and the staff. Until the Titans start dumping players/staff/personnel who underperform then its all just lipstick on a pig.

When the Titans were good there was a core of players that wanted to WIN on sundays, now every player/staff/front office person just wants too get paid on friday
