I really don't think Jake will play well vs them hands down but I want to see how he does against sd this weekend being a very bad defense. As far as monsters are concerned, we still have to play san fran, seattle, and denver!

Right now Jake is on track for:

    224/400 (56%)
    2184 yards
    16 TDs
    0 INTs
    104 R. Yards
    84.8 QB Rating

That's after facing the #1 & #16 ranked Pass Ds last year. He looked better from Week 1 to Week 2, hopefully he goes for like 250-300 yards with a duo of TDs vs San Diego. After that we have NYJ (7th), KC (8th), SF (10th), and SEA (1st) to deal with. The number in ()s are their current pass D rank by yardage. Could be a rought stretch for Locker.

Not only is the Chargers D "not great", they're statistically worst in league against the pass. I don't think we have to wait until the Jets game. We're going to find out a lot about Jake Locker this weekend. If he can't look like a franchise QB come Sunday, I'll be 100% off the bandwagon.

I totally agree. In this day and age, team's can't take more than three seasons to make a decision whether or not to stick or move on. Right now, Jake hasn't shown enough. I do see improvement but will it be enough? We'll know soon enough.

If you look at the two games Locker started and was knocked out early due to injury, he started and played his 11th full game yesterday. That's not much of a sample size.

I don't think we need to wait til Sunday to know Locker is not now and never will be an accurate passer. Nice kid I'm sure but I bet the lock on his front door is all scratched up from not being able to get the key in the hole..

if Dobson knew how to catch I bet the jets wouldn't be in top 10

We're really lucky he doesn't have 2 or 3 INT's already, Im amazed that number is still at 0

Is that meant to make us feel better or worse?
