Never got the Kaepernick love, he's slightly better than Alex Smith and he's in good care over there in SF. Put him in a Titans uniform and he'd look no better than Locker.

    Aint that the truth.

No QB will ever succeed with this bunch of misfits blocking for them.

I have to disagree. He came out of the chute in game one and looked awesome. Crisp and accurate throws, fast release, good decision making and lightning fast. Chicago was blitzing the chit out of him and he had the ball out in less than 2 seconds. That is talent.

Now- I'd agree if Kaepernick were being coached up by Palmer/Munchak we'd see a a steady atrophy/decay of that natural talent. Kaepernick's accuracy and mechanics weren't criticized as prevalently as Locker's were. Basically, we got what the critics thought we'd get.

Kaepernick will fall on his face soon enough. He's like a less athletic Vince Young. Exact same throwing motion and all.

    But not as immature.

He's got a shot at being good, I mean he is on the Niners after all, so it's up to him. He's got all the supporting cast you could ask for.

His motion is horrible isn't it. Lol I remember watching him play for the wolf pack and immediately turned it off after 5 snaps of that crazy arm. Harbaugh is the real deal over there getting these scrubs to produce the way he is. HE is the real talent.

It's not 4 years, it's now 2 and chances are if he doesn't improve, Munch is gone and a new coach will have a new QB with him (or one year to prove himself)
