    But i thought you loved numbers so much? He put up pretty big numbers in the almighty big ten.

    To me it seems a lot of pretty good wrs in the league didn't put up amazing college numbers. It also seems like most of the sure fire wrs due to great college numbers have turned out to be busts.

    seems like thomas' two biggest concerns are route running(very correctable) and one year of production.

    im not as worried about his one of year of production as some people, although i would take a guy like manningham over him. thomas dominated in JUCO before he transdered.

    that's because the 'sure fire' guys who put up huge numbers get by on athletic ability in college without knowing how to actually play the position(peter warrick).

    Mostly because of their offensive system. Example Texas Tech WR's. Never see them in the draft.

    I love production that can be summed up by numbers. Thomas had 1 good season. Sweed had 1 good season.
    sorry, this isn't the NBA. Takes more than that to earn your spot with me. Especially when guys 'below' you have been consistent for much longer.
