Jamie Collins?

    Considering his ties with the Pats, is anyone as surprised for me that J-Rob who has been trade happy didn't outbid the Browns for Jamie Collins (4th Round Conditional 2018 pick). I would of loved to have Collins even if they say he freelances on certain plays. Dick LeBeau let Polomalu freelance so i'd imagine he would let Collins blitz every play & even though we have a decent pass rush this is a HUGE help considering our LBs injury history (+ Collins is decent in coverage). If talented players of this caliber are being traded before the deadline I wouldn't be so sure that we stay put before tuesday.

    He reportedly turned down 11M a year. Got into a heated spat with Patricia, got benched after allowing a huge run against the Bills.

    Mike Lombardi reports dude is moody af as well. PATRIOTS don't put up with locker room disruptions or money grab players. Sent him to the worst team in the league not by accident I'd think.

    Would I have liked him? Of course. The relationship with Bill and Jrob might have been enough for Jrob to have known the reason he was being shopped

    I'd like to assume that J-Rob wants to turn the structure of the TT into something like New England. With that being said I can see us doing alot of stocking up with trades for 4th and 5th rounders that don't seem important til' draft day.
