Dunlap's history is nothing like Pacman's. He did make a big mistake and it cost him a chance to play in a huge game. That doesn't mean he carries guns, has a posse and makes it rain at strip clubs.

I think Dunlap could be a beast. He needs some good coaching to improve his technique but he athleticism is off the charts for a guy his size. He ran a 4.61 40 and had one of the best 10 yard times. His shuttle and cone times were comparable to JPP. Some team is going to get a kid later in the first round in Dunlap who is every bit the prospect JPP assuming he falls. I'd have no problem trading down and taking Dunlap.

I'm not sure what kind of idiotic thinking would equate one dui with being a chronic criminal. I guess that means that steve mcnair was a gang banger then since he drove drunk and had a damn gun in the car!

I don't know him but he looks like his a lazydumb@sz.

Any other DE is better then Dunlap in this draft.

It could be pierre or that kid from michigan or any other DE.I prefer smart over talent and some guys have both in this draft.
    And dunlap only has one.

Paul and Dunlap really scare me. Both seem like there is a big chance of being a bust and we can't afford that especially with no 2nd round pick.

    My top 3 DE's:

    Graham
    Hughes
    Morgan

Weak sauce there pal. Some analysis might help.

Dunlap is 6'6 280 lbs and ran a 4.61 40 in the rain which some coaches equated to a 4.56. That's not normal! He played great in his 2 bowl games. He played much of his best football against the best competition.

There is only one DE I really like in this draft and that is Morgan, the rest you can pretty much lump together. As long as we get one of them in the first I'd be pretty happy.

Of course I'd also be pretty happy if we went a number of directions including WR.

Seriously the ONLY DE that offers any potential for greatness is Carlos Dunlap. The rest will be rotation material in my opinion.

And i don't consider him a big risk. He had one incident in his whole life.
