    @JCBRAVE , world record squatter at age 17, has said hell squat 600 pounds in two weeks to prove he squatted 1000 in high school. I think if he can do it, his claim will be plausible, and I said ill stop telling him he's full of manure.

    he claims to not have squatted since 2010, and is a small to medium sized man. Anyone have any words if encouragement for ole bravey

    600 pounds would be the bar (45 lbs) with 6 (45 lb) plates on each side, one 5 lb plate on each side, and one 2.5 lb plate on each side.

    I have told him I want this videotaped, and the plates weighed in a standing scaled, and I want the plates to be banged together to hear the clink to ensure authenticity.

    Sorry Bravey but there is just no way. If you haven't squatted in 5+ years you aren't getting back up to 600 in 2 weeks. If you can do it I will shut up forever about you squatting 1,000. I will officially believe you.

    Just kidding. But I will shut up about it.
