Because Sanders took it easy on Jones with that cup-cake interview.

What did you want to see and hear that you didn't?

Rome would've ended up dead. This clip would be tame by comparison.

And then after the interview Rome and his clones could spend the next hour glossing each other about what an "epic" interview it was.

Sanders' interview was much better than I'd have imagined. I didn't get the sense that Pac was just telling the fans what they wanted to hear, but instead was just trying to honestly explain his side of all that's gone on.

Not to nitpick but couldn't you have just made this point in the interview thread itself? Or is there a quota in place stating that fifty percent of the threads on the front page must be concerned with #32 (and you're just doing your part to keep those numbers up) :))

Just as an aside/derailment... which hobby is the geekiest?

Dungeons and Dragons - I am the Dungeon Master. Your 3rd level magic missile is useless against me. I'm wearing boots of escaping! I'm wearing boots of escaping!

    or

Rome clone - I spent 2 hours this morning writing up a "clever" diatribe about the rise and fall of basketball at the University of Michigan. I then spent another 2 hours on hold so I could read it to Rome. I stumbled through and got hung up on. No rack for me today.

Both are geeky but honestly I don't think it's all that close

I thought Sanders did a better than expected job.

BTW- Anybody pick up the Nietzsche quote from Pac?
