I would be all over this if I moved to the Nashville area. 14/hr plus benefits would be right up my alley if my current workplace ever gets sold or goes under.

That pays literally as well as a city job I was looking at a few weeks ago.

$14? Why offer a livable wage with benefits for a warehouse job when most offer $9.50?

Honestly, the value of one good worker trumps paying a little extra by A LOT.
Cycling thru half-assed chumps is no fun at all.

school sucks. I wish I'd have made money for 5 years instead of wasting all my time getting a BS 4 year degree.

school for school's sake alone usually does not deliver on the cost:income

having said the above without a 4 year degree most peoples top wage is not what it could be.

honestly if you don't know what you want to do then work, IMO, is a viable option.

Nick, it only took 5 years after I graduated to find a job in HR, but the wait is well worth it.
